Dr Julia Lu has mastered the art of the career pivot. Having started her career as a concert pianist, with a PhD in Musicology from the University of London, she has since held major Strategy and Innovation roles at large corporates.
She is Head of Electrification at RACV, and was previously Head of Innovation and Strategy at AGL. She has helped launch successful new businesses in corporates, 10x the growth of existing businesses in less than 12 months, coached numerous startups, and has been an invited speaker and judge at innovation events such as the $1M USD Hult Prize (Hult Foundation, United Nations) and the Stanford ASES Summit. She was a finalist in the 2022 Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards for the Private Sector.
