Why we created even.

We created EVEN as the dedicated place for women to accelerate their economic potential.

We believe that women are an under-utilised source of economic growth, if only they could participate in work in ways that meet their needs. We have created EVEN to be a place where women and business thrive together.

We founded EVEN after more than a decade’s experience each in workforce development, business education and online learning, most recently as executives at Melbourne Business School.

We could see the positive impact of the flexible careers and education solutions we created for women but also saw that these highly educated women were juggling with uneven caring, financial and health decisions on top of their work.

At the same time, the employers we advised and worked with were struggling to fill skill gaps in areas of growth, strengthen their leadership pipelines and working hard to secure their future at the pace of change.

We can see a better way. Let’s balance things out and provide women with the best professional development, designed for their lives. We’re here to accelerate women and their organisations. It doesn’t have to be a trade-off.

We won’t settle for less, we’ll only settle for EVEN.
