Men and women network differently

Did you know that women and men go about LinkedIn networking differently?

One of the hidden nuggets in the recent
World Economic Forum Global Gender Gap Report was analysis of online professional networks.

In nearly all economies (97%) analysed by the global report, men have larger LinkedIn networks than women. And in two out of three economies, men make new connections at a faster rate than women.

Why does it matter?

Because stronger networks are associated with increased probability of career progression and those with stronger networks receive more recruiter outreach.

And so at EVEN, community is one of the foundations of our business:

💥 Women join a community of exceptional women and learn with a curated cross-organisation, cross-industry network.

💥 Women gain their own personal board of directors. They're matched with up to 12 women and a coach, for a bespoke coaching journey where they help each other progress for one year.

💥 Women have access to impressive role models. They can ask high-achieving women the questions that really matter, without a veneer of perfection.

💥 Women remain supported even after their membership ends, with ongoing access to community insights and events.

Community matters. It's access to opportunity.
